Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Returns: Hopefully it's a situation that won't arise, but should you receive a damaged or faulty garment please contact me immediately. Of course, I will happily exchange the garment, or refund you the full purchase price upon return of the item. Please have your order / receipt number handy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return must be actioned within 30 days from purchase date.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts cannot be considered for return.
Exchanges: I am happy to make exchange of garments (to different sizes for example) but please bear in mind this is dependent on stock availability. Should the item required be out of stock, I will advise you of time frames until stock is replenished allowing you to make an informed choice around how you would like to proceed. Again, please ensure to have your order / receipt number handy.
*Please bear in mind there may be an increase in cost for the requested exchanged item - example: child sizes opposed to baby size garments.
Refunds: Once an item has been received for refund, you will be notified via email or text that I have received your garment and proof of purchase. Once approved, a refund will be processed and should appear on your card (as per original method of payment) within a few days.
** Please note: financial institutions differ in the time they take to post a refund. If you are awaiting a refund, kindly check with your banking institution first, after you have been notified that I have processed your refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
