COVID 19 Plan
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves on a daily basis, my top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of my family (co-workers!) customers and community.
I maintain a clean and highly sanitised work and storage area for all aspects of Whimsical Wanda work and garments. Proper hand washing protocols are always enforced when handling items, garments are packed and sealed into polypropylene bags for transfer and storage, and disposable gloves are used when packing items.
I dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. All garments are sent with Australia Post tracking, and these tracking details advised to you via email on the day the parcel has been lodged. Unfortunately, Victoria is experiencing unpredictable delivery times and delays and it is impossible to guarantee any delivery date. This is out of my control and I ask for your patience and understanding in this matter.
If you are visiting of my pop up shops you will find many items in polypropylene bags for display, all furniture is thoroughly cleaned and wiped down daily, and coathangers are sanitised multiple times throughout the day. I ask that you please maintain social distancing protocols to help us ensure everyone remains as safe as possible.
All purchasers are issued with a receipt which is a requirement I must adhere to allow for Covid tracing should a situation arise.
I accept returns and exchanges on items if unsuitable and in line with my Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Please note that there is a 30 day time frame for all returns.
